Shipping Policy
Pleasure and Peach ship Australia wide.
All orders placed over $125 will qualify for free shipping.
For all orders below $125, we offer the following flat rate shipping charges:

$9.95 - Standard Shipping (Sendle or AusPost)

$11.95 - Registered (Signature required, Sendle or AusPost)
- $15 - Express AusPost

$18 - Express Registered AusPost (signature required)
Please select desired shipping method at checkout. To ensure the secure delivery of your parcel, we recommend one of the registered options.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
All orders are discreetly packaged to ensure customers privacy.
Please note: Once orders are shipped, Pleasure and Peach will not be accountable for items lost or damaged whilst in transit. The customer agrees that once a package has been sent, the responsibility lies with the courier service. We will endeavour to assist as much as we can in the event of lost or damaged goods.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we can not offer refunds or exchanges due to a customer’s change of mind. Therefore, we ask that you choose carefully and if you have questions about any of the products, please do not hesitate to contact us before making a purchase.
We will however accept returns if an item is deemed to be faulty and is covered by a manufacturers warranty. Please contact us to organise your warranty claim and return of your product.
